I’m an accomplished, results driven, leadership development executive with 25yrs diverse global, corporate experience and I now focus my attention on taking care of the people who take care of the business. I help individuals and groups to clarify purpose, shift perspective and embrace leadership, for tangible personal, business and community impact.
I’ve been told I have a ‘calm dynamism’. I’m frank, honest and able to provide an outsider’s viewpoint to challenge the status quo – which offers external support to internal challenges.
I’ve lived and worked in the UK, Europe, USA, New Zealand and China. I’m an ICF certified coach (PCC) and I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nottingham. I’m a FA grassroots coach and committee member at Claygate Royals where all three of my children play for the youth teams and I’ve started to kick the ball about a bit myself too.
