I provide coaching for leaders (individuals and teams) who want personalised support for their leadership development – instead of, or as a complement to, generic leadership skills training.

1:1 Individual Coaching sessions

Group Coaching sessions (4 – 8 people)

    • Group coaching accelerates the development of the leadership capabilities that are crucial to your organisation’s continued success
    • This peer based experience fuels growth in real time, shifting behaviours and mindsets quickly and effectively
    • Outcomes:
      • It allows leaders of different backgrounds, functions and identities to share and explore leadership practices together within a safe environment, driving connection and innovation
      • It creates a trusted, cross functional support network whose impact is felt well beyond the coaching engagement, empowering leaders to become true change agents across the organisation

Workshops (10+ people)

    • Workshops offer the space to focus on a specific learning need, allowing participants to discuss theories and ideas in a group setting, for better retention and impact in their day to day
